Sporthypnosis
During the hypnosis the athlete experiences total concentration and mobilizes additional energies. In a hypnotized state motion sequences can be studied most effectively. Situations that used to count as unattainable can be rendered possible. Sport hypnosis is the most intense way of concentration and regeneration.
Support for the trainer
We support trainers regarding their communication skills and other psychological effects of their interaction. While a certain behavior might be very effective during a winning period, during a downward period an entirely different communication is needed. Every athlete needs to be addressed differently to be motivated in the best advantageous way. We analyze your sportsmen and provide you with vital and most up to date psychological knowledge.
Coaching of the player
Ideally 100% of his mental power are available to the sportsman. However, most often essential resources are consumed for various other reasons. Marriage, children, professional negotiations, fear of failure etc. Within the scope of our coaching we deal with all these problems and mobilize crucial energies.
Burnout prevention
Every sportsman should be enthusiastic about his sport. But when and where does this enthusiasm end? Burnout is a problem not only on an executive level but in all areas defined by constantly high expectations. The earlier signs of burnout are recognized the better it can be precluded.
Supervision and team spirit
We help you to create the perfect team spirit. Moderated group discussions, team exercises and debates will get the spirit going.
Blockade coaching
We help to release mental blocks, such as panic, fear of failure or fear of success. This can be achieved effectively by hypnosis, systemic visions or specific treatments.
