Bill Clinton’s defintion of success:
Success means something entirely different to every individual. Therefore it should always be defined on a personal level. The specter of success is not confined to financial or professional peak performances, however. Rather, less quantifiable factors, such as happiness with your friends and family form part of the equation as well. Mr Clinton sees having sustained true friendships as one of his biggest successes.

Mr Clinton reckons: It is better to fail than to not have tried at all. The most unhappy often are not the ones who have failed fulfilling a dream but the ones who have not tried fulfilling it at all. And every attempt is a step closer. As an example he mentioned his wife, Hillary Clinton. She had lost the candidacy for President of the United States of America but she had experienced so much support that she now has new opportunities for her career.
To realize a vision it is indispensable to have a clearly structured roadmap of realization. Apart from discipline, the ability to deal with mistakes and flops are part of what one needs on such a way.
